Senior Day

Heys guys! This week was somewhat slower than normal.

Tuesday morning we had interviews with President Parker. It was really fun to see them again and be with my friends from the offices.

Wednesday we had a zone conference that was pretty cool as well. It was my first and last as a zone leader. It was an interesting and humbling experience to know that was my last one. I got to share my testimony and I suprised myself and got pretty choked up about it hahah. Life goes on. I remember my last day at Oakley, dad came in and I told him that I felt like it was Senior Day all over again, and I remember that he said that there would be many times in my life when I feel that way, and that was definitely one of them.

Lately, we have been having meetings with the Stake President, Presidente Villafuerte. We talk about the work, the wards, the zone - all that good stuff. It is fun to see his point of view on things and how he wants the stake to run. Good Practice for the future!

This week our ward is sending off a new missionary, his name is Josue. We participated in some of the activites with him last week, and I'm just glad to say that I am not him. I love my mission, but it is nice to know that it is almost over. The members found out that I'm finishing, and there were lots of jokes during the week hahah.

Pretty fun week!
