New Year, New Me . . . Literally!

Well, I'll get right to it. Thursday I had an interview with President Li and he told me I'm going to be the new Financial Secretary. Tomorrow is my first day. I'll be with the current one until the transfer ends in the end of January, and when he leaves, Elder Roper will be 100 percent in charge of the Peru, Iquitos Mission budget. That is terrifying! But, it'll be awesome! I'll be able to welcome the new Mission President in June, and probably have to teach him a lot of the finances stuff. So we'll see how it goes.

I'll go back to being comps with Elder Macz ( I was with him from Aug to Sep) and another from Utah - Elder Newell.  My New trainer is Elder Egbert, he went to Tville High, and we never ever met each other. So that will be awesome! I'm excited, but nervous at the same time.

So ever since Thursday, my head has been in the clouds. Haha . . . we won't have a pension and we'll have our own laundry machines. Pretty stoked to have clean garments finally! I'll live with the assistants, and see them pretty much every day, as well with Pres Li and Sister Li. I'll get to know them real well. The only thing that sucks....... is that I'll be there until July, have one transfer as a normal missionary, and come home....................... but its for something right? P day will also be Saturday, so ya boi gets 2 P-days this week!!!!!!!!

The ward did their Primary Program yesterday and I loved it! It reminded me a lot of what I read in that book that you guys sent me. Being like a child. they're just so innocent, happy and full of love. That is how the Savior wants us to be. And we should try to do it!
